Who is behind Sparebuttons?
Sparebuttons is a small software studio. It is a trading name of STTM Consulting Limited, a company registered in Ireland (739282).
How do I install a tool?
Open the tool's page and click Add to Chrome. Our extensions work in Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Brave.
How do licences work?
Each tool has a free version. Pro is a one-time purchase. After checkout you receive a licence key by email; paste it into the extension to unlock Pro. A licence is for one person and covers future updates of that tool.
I lost my licence key.
Search your inbox for the receipt from our payment partner, or email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a Pro licence doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our terms.
Who handles payments and VAT?
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, a payment partner that handles checkout, invoices and sales tax/VAT. We never see your card details.
Do you see my data?
Our extensions process your content on your own computer and connect only to the platform's official services. See our privacy policy.
Something broke after the app changed.
Platforms sometimes change their APIs. Tell us through the form below and we'll usually ship a fix quickly.
